Training Information

Welcome to the 2023/24 Season.

KLAC practice twice a week; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.00pm – 6.30pm at Wellard Oval.

Each night we run three 20 minute rotational sessions. The session includes discipline specific stretches, some skill drills and practical application.

These sessions will be done in their age groups, if groups are large then they will get split into boys and girls, similar to how they compete on the weekend.

Our Coaching Team is made up of a variety of people and is lead by Short Track Specialist – Tim Blake. Most are volunteers who have Level 1 or 2 Athletics Coaching certs, some are ex Athletes and some are just really keen helpful parents getting stuck in.
